FAQs

What exactly is included in the price? 
The price you pay includes accommodation for the tour duration; so if for example the tour is ten days long then ten nights of accommodation is included. It also covers all driver and vehicle related costs, but does not include air or boat tickets, or extra activities. Meals are not included.

How good is the accommodation? 
We book 4 or 5 star accommodation, subject to availability, and your preference.

Is it possible to change the itinerary?
Yes, it’s your tour so if you want to stay an extra day somewhere or visit a particular place that can be arranged.

How much luggage can I bring? 
One large bag and one smaller carry bag is recommended. If you will be travelling with excess baggage please inform us.

Do you drop off and pick up from the airport? 
Yes, we do.

Do we have the same driver every day? 
In general, yes. If you request a particular driver we will do our best to meet that request.

How do we confirm a tour booking? 
After placing a booking you will be sent an invoice. Your booking will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit which is usually twenty percent, with the balance to be paid at least one month prior to departure.
